Singapore’s “stable” coronavirus outbreak has seen so-called community infection doubling to 18 in a single day yesterday, including a two year old. The 18 community infection is the highest in more than two months since April 25th.
Only 10 community cases are linked, while the remaining 8 are unlinked infection. The news came after Singapore government eased further restrictions, reopening cinemas and allowing hotels to open for business.
The Ministry of Health did not disclose how many community tests were done. A total of 136 new cases were reported.
Most Singaporeans suspect that the ruling party dictatorship is depressing the testing rates in this election period.
