“Vote PAP and I promise more estate upgradings”, said Minister Chan Chun Sing, in his desperate plea to voters to give him another chance after screwing up the coronavirus outbreak and his scandal over a leaked audio tape:
“Continuous rejuvenation and improvement to our estates – this is our promise and commitment to our residents.”
Threatening Singaporeans that if he is not voted, Chan Chun Sing said residents will not get any of his “5-year-plan” upgrading.
After 5 years of neglect, the former army general yesterday made numerous promises saying he will build more playgrounds, bridges and lifts for his constituency at Tanjong Pagar GRC.
Minister Chan Chun Sing even titled his plan with his initials on it:
“Our Home with Heart. CCS”
The PAP minister also said he now welcomes feedback and suggestions from residents – the first time in the 15 years he was elected.
PAP MPs from Holland-Bukit Timah GRC copied Chan Chun Sing’s antics, publishing a video making similar promises to their constituents. This is the first time they appear after 5 years of absence since the 2015 General Elections.
