Frustrated with the surge in infection, Environment Minister Masagos Zulkfili took out his frustrations on Singaporeans and vowed to fine any offender S$300 straight without any warning.
The PAP millionaire minister announced the new law on his Facebook page:
“From Sunday (April 12), anyone flouting the circuit breaker measures will be fined $300 right away. First-time offenders will be fined $300 and repeat offenders will face higher fines or prosecution in court for egregious cases.”
Minister Masagos Zulkifli has also encouraged the citizens to rat each other out and report to the authorities for infringements on social distancing and crowding.
The corrupted dictatorship failed to control the virus due to an erroneous face-mask order issued by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, a career politician who never had medical training.
Lee Hsien Loong quickly made a U-turn on his no-mask policy and put the country on a lockdown after Singapore saw exponential increases in infection.
