A Singapore restaurant’s quarrel with a customer over a bad review have gone viral with its owner giving dramatic warnings in a lengthy post.
The quarrel started with a customer, Muhamad Fazli, posting his bad experience at the restaurant, Rock Grills Steakhouse, at 419 East Coast Road. Muhamad Fadzli shared how the service was poor and the quality of the food tasted like NTUC.
Its owner, Mr Chia, made a defence against the bad review and soon the two escalated into a lengthy quarrel. At one point, Mr Chia called another commentator a “clown” and Muhamad Fadzli a “loser”, but later deleted his offending comments away.
Mr Chia later went on to accuse Muhamad Fazli of being a fake profile and even threatened to report to his employer Singapore Civil Defence and his alma mater ITE college:
