Singapore’s Chief Justice Sundaresh Menon will expedite the Ministry of National Development’s appeal against the High Court’s decision. The case will instead be heard on the 3rd of August, 10am, instead of a further hearing date.

After having lost their court case against the Opposition Ward’s AHPETC, the Ministry of National Development headed by Minister Khaw Boon Wan will be wasting more undisclosed amount of taxes on legal costs for an appeal against the High Court’s decision.
