A copy of a water supply service disruption notice by Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC Town Council is making its round on Facebook after Muslim residents complain about the timing of the service disruption. According to the letter dated July 6, residents in the ruling PAP constituency will have their water pipes replaced and hence have no access to water supply from 9am to 5.30pm on July 16, the eve of Hari Raya Puasa.
